Mathematics teacher

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for a colleague who is not just deeply passionate about mathematics, but also knows the IGCSE and IB DP curricula well and feels at home in an international environment. You would be able and willing to take on a leading role in developing the Mathematics programme to make sure our students can thrive and do well in their exams. You feel at home connecting with students, colleagues and parents from different year groups and cultural backgrounds. You are comfortable working closely together in a small and dedicated team of professionals and you are happy to join us in further developing our collective habits and efficacy. You are currently able to work within the European Union.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a mathematics teacher, you are indispensable to our students and our team by:

• teaching and guiding students
• teaching classes entirely in English in an International Baccalaureate and Cambridge IGCSE school
• teaching two world class mathematics programmes:
  Mathematics Application and Interpretation and
  Mathematics Analyses and Approaches
• contributing to our school broadly, across subjects and departments
• displaying a professional attitude, coaching skills, intercultural understanding and independence
